We offer several ways to pay for your EHS certification. You will receive an invoice and you can pay online here. You can mail a check to P.O. Box 786, Lawrence, KS 66044. You can also call 800.444.6382 and pay via credit card over the phone. Additionally, you can fax the credit card authorization form that was sent with your invoice to 785.842.6993.

We are limiting the number of students we have in each class so we can socially distance. The number depends on the space we source for training but generally no more than 10 students per classroom. We are requiring masks to be worn at all times as well as encouraging frequent hand washing. Because we are doing EHS certification training nationwide, we are doing our best to keep up with city and state ordinances in any city we are training in.

Our asbestos training is temporarily available in several states virtually, but as Covid restrictions are lifted, we may lose the ability to provide refresher courses via Zoom. We do have a two-hour asbestos awareness course available completely online right now. If you are interested in that, please contact onlinetraining@metaworldwide.com. We are also working on several asbestos and OSHA courses and seeking approval from several states.

RE-SCHEDULED CLASSES BY META: If a project is re-scheduled, payment will be reimbursed to the client within ninety (90) days.  Except if the client expressively requests META to apply funds to a future class of equivalent price in the future.

RESCHEDULED CLASSES BY CLIENT: Registrants may reschedule for another regularly scheduled session. If a request to reschedule a class is received within fourteen (14) days of the start of the session then no re-enrollment fee will apply. If no request is received within that time, the full session fee will be due and a re-enrollment fee of $35.00 per attendant will apply.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT & RE-ENROLLMENT FEE: In the event the purchaser decides to cancel its attendance, the purchaser must contact META within twenty (21) days of the start of the class to remove its name from the class.  Otherwise, charges will be due in full.  

FORCE MAJEURE: For any service, META agrees to perform under this contract, and any schedule delineated herein, such performance or schedule shall be excused or extended for such period as META shall have been prevented from or delayed in performing such act by or because of any strike, act of God, governmental restriction, enemy action, civil commotion, fire, unavoidable causality, and other causes beyond the control of META.

No, classes may only be taught in one language.

No, the test must be taken in the same language as the class.  

No, the Contractor/Supervisor course is only allowed to be taught English. 

It depends on the type of certification. If you are taking an initial or refresher course, there is an initial price that includes one certificate. If you are seeking multi-state approval for your training, each additional state certificate costs $60. 

When you are signing up for EHS certification training, talk to your customer service agent about where you are planning on working and they can coordinate the notifications we send to those states or find a date that we can notify. We are required to notify training within a certain period of time, so we are not always able to accommodate last-minute enrollments. For best results, we suggest signing up at least four weeks in advance. 

Your certificate is valid for 1 year, during which time you may conduct the work associated with your certification. After that year, you have a one-year grace period where you would need to complete your refresher/recertification training. After that one-year grace period, you will be required to take the initial EHS certification training for that discipline again.

Please fill out the following form. If you know the dates of the class, or approximate dates of the class, we may be able to recreate your certificate or write a letter stating that you did attend that training. If you have a copy of the original certificate and need a duplicate “original” made, please email the copy of the certificate with your request form.

The cost of the course depends on which one you are taking.
